Refund policy
All personalized and custom orders are final sale. However, regular stock can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned in it's original condition, and must be unworn and unused. Item must be accompanied with the purchase receipt, and must be returned with it's original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe that the item was misused or intentionally damaged.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@designerjewelleryco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and a shipping fee will apply to return the item back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can resolve any issues immediately.

Designer Jewellery uses third-party carriers to ship and deliver the products Designer Jewellery is not responsible for any loss or damage to any such products after the order has delivered by third-party carrier. Designer Jewellery is not liable for duties or applicable taxes.
